tony-fitzgerald1If you are looking to access some teaching audio for your next drive, walk or night at home take a look at the following site.  Tony Fitzgerald is the bloke who we relate to in the international network called ‘Church of the Nations‘. (COTN)  Many of us have heard him share before at various gatherings. The gift of his life and gifts in Christ has directly, or indirectly helped shape our walk in kingdom life.  See if there is anything in this list of audios which you are led to listen to.

“Greetings, favoured one!” This address of the angel to Mary is also a personal greeting from the heavenly Father’s heart straight to you. You are his favoured one, his beloved. Living in this gutsy reality will encourage your whole being. It is freeing, uplifting, empowering, and releasing. And an experience of heavenly Father’s favour will have you imparting a different flavour in all areas of your life: a favoured and kingdom-flavoured view of yourself, your relationships, finances, work, and yes, church!

This is a one day event for those who

  • Want to gain or regain a sense of wonder and joy in simply being loved
  • Are hungry to experience the favour of the Father personally
  • Are longing to live that favour out in relationships and bring God’s flavour to others
  • Want to share the Father’s love with others but don’t know how or always feel guilty
  • Want passionate, biblical, life-related teaching “F(l)avoured” is not just a conference or event, but an encounter; one that will release us into a life of trust, joy, influence, and impact.

Leaving paid ministry as a profession in 2009 our conference presenter, Peter Steicke, was led by the Holy Spirit to discover his true identity as a much loved son of his heavenly Father. He discovered a favour that was freeing because it was to be received and experienced at all levels, in the heart and mind, the body and the soul. Along with his family—and a slight preoccupation with most sport—sharing the heavenly Father’s favour is Peter’s main passion.

Living loved from Our Father’s heart
Life as the Father intends

‘…As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you’ John 20:21b

We invite you to join this gathering to expand our view and life in the love of our Father. As Paul Coleman writes ‘the only way forward is getting back to You’. It is with this intent that we hope to bring together those the Lord desires to get back to his heart. The beauty is that the very thing we need is what the world is waiting to see!

During the day we will host teaching, prayer, and an opportunity for prophecy and fellowship. Peter Stiecke will teach and leading our time together. His gift is imparting that which the Father has drawn him into with kingdom family.

The details for the day is as follows:

Date: Saturday May 4th
Time: 9am-4pm
Venue: Bethlehem House:,12 Sudholz place
Food: Bring some food to share for lunch. If you wish, bring something to share for afternoon tea.
Children: The intent of this gathering is to enable adults to more fully engage on behalf of their respective families. Therefore if you have children, we ask that you call in a favour from friends of family to look after them for the day!

Purpose, Vision, Values

Purpose:

So our purpose is:

To walk in the love of the Father and give it away so all people may cherish his grace and extend his glory.

Vision:

As this purpose is lived out in the power of the Holy Spirit, we envision followers of Jesus will be:

  • walking intimately with the Lord, hearing his voice, and walking in his ways, thus living lives of worship
  • practising community, learning to live a new life through community, and replicating this transformed newness in all areas of life
  • living out of their identity as sons and daughters of the King, reproducing spiritual children out of their “being” in Christ
  • intentionally seeking to live out the great commission and multiplying new Kingdom families/communities

Values:

Understanding the principle of building from relationship to structure, rather than structure to relationship, we embrace the following values:

Christ-centred lives, expressing the Lordship of Christ

Apostolic alignment

Accountability (being under authority releases authority)

The principle of spiritual fathers/mothers and sons/daughters

Expressing the Father heart of God

A sense of belonging and family

Authentic Relationships (openness, honesty and integrity)

A Spirit-filled church where the ministry of the Holy Spirit is a priority

Team ministry

Unity in the Body of Christ

Living Bible-based Christianity

The priesthood of all believers and, every believer a minister

The unique value and divine destiny of each individual

Living a supernatural life, naturally

Excellence of ministry

Sacrificial servanthood

Passion for God, his church and his Kingdom

Kingdom values, vision and lifestyle

A world vision and a compassionate burden for the lost

Righteousness and justice are the foundations of the Kingdom

Living life in the grace and mercy of God

A Kingdom influence and impact on the moral fabric of society

Hebrew rather than a Greek mentality

The principle of reasoning from the whole to the part

God confirms his word through signs and wonders

Doing coming out of being

Growing the work

Some say, “Life is short, play hard!” We say, “Eternity is long, live fully and fruitfully!” Starfishoz is a house/simple/organic church planting team that resources and equips others to live life with Jesus fully and fruitfully.

Life in and with Jesus is not simply about being part of a church, but is about being part of HIM.

While life is not all about you, we are all about you. And we are all about you so you can be all about others. In this way the Father’s multiplicatory plan for the world can become reality.

So,

Are you looking to plant a simple church?

Are you seeking to establish an equipping team?

Are you desiring to grow as a spiritual father/mother so you can effectively disciple and parent others in their walk with Jesus?

Then feel free to connect with either one of us for a discussion as to how this may take place.

Read on to discover the significance of the wilderness experience for your journey
